Medical marijuana attorney Jessica McElfresh was quoted in a piece by the San Diego Tribune after responding to the proposed marijuana rules. This proposal was meant to gain confidence in dispensaries from community users. “No one loves change,” she said. “But I haven’t heard anybody jump up and down and say that any one part of this was unworkable. I don’t think there are any big surprises.” The complete article is available online.
