On New Year’s Eve, a couple was visiting from Canada. They both had indulged a little bit too much and got in an altercation at their hotel. This led to pushing and shoving. Hotel security showed up and saw that the wife suffered a nose injury. While she did not want to bring any charges against her husband, hotel security called the police. Ultimately, and with the help of San Diego assault and domestic violence attorney Jessica McElfresh, no formal charges were brought upon her client.
