Fake ID and Minor in Possession of Alcohol Case Dismissed

Jul 08 2019, by Jessica McElfresh in Alcohol, Case Results, Criminal Defense

Not long ago, a young woman was caught drinking at the racetracks with her friends. She received tickets for minor in possession of alcohol and possession of a fake id. She faced a year of jail time and a fine of at least $1,000. However, San Diego college crimes lawyer attorney McElfresh worked out that if that she attended a M.A.A.D. impact panel and performed 15 hours of volunteer work, the case would be dismissed.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
