A young college student, who was under 21 was caught smoking marijuana on campus and issued a citation. Knowing that if she was convicted, she would automatically lose her license for a year, attorney McElfresh went to bat for her client. Fortunately, with San Diego marijuana lawyer Jessica McElfresh on the young girl’s side, the court agreed to give her a hardship license, so that she can drive to work and school.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
