McElfresh will present an hour long session on “Federal Responses to California Marijuana Law” that encompasses current federal enforcement priorities, federal memos and contradictory messages, possible legal consequences to cannabis consumers under federal law, state agencies and federal funding, and preemption and the Controlled Substance Act.
