New state-wide laws in California will aim to help medical marijuana dispensaries by further reaching more areas and creating safer products for patients. With the passing of this new law, dispensaries are being seen as a legitimate business and their reach may extend into further California areas. The San Diego Union-Tribune spoke with Jessica who says, “The state has bent over backwards to encourage local jurisdictions to step into this.
