Vista Experiences Harsher Consequences Involving Marijuana Regulations

Recently, the City of Vista has been criminally charging operators of illegal marijuana dispensaries that are not licensed or approved for medical marijuana. San Diego, on the other and, has opted to pursue civil injunctions. Marijuana opponents are calling for similar criminal charges in San Diego.
