California Cities Have Power to Ban Medical Marijuana

The Supreme Court of California recently ruled that cities have the authority to ban medical marijuana dispensaries. Unfortunately, the City of San Diego has been undecided on this issue for years. Medical marijuana attorney Jessica McElfresh stated, “We need an ordinance. We need it now so that we can stop debating these questions [sic] and instead focus on getting places licensed and regulated.” Click here for the full story over at FOX 5 San Diego.
