May 13 2019, by Jessica McElfresh in Assault, Case Results, Criminal Defense
Recently, a client came to McElfresh Law after his second probation violation for failing to report.
He was on probation for assault with a deadly weapon and was having some issues complying with probation. With this charge, he faced four years in prison. However, attorney McElfresh convinced the court to release him into a sober living house and undergo an out-patient program. After completion, his charges will be dropped.
The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
