Recently, a man was driving near the Mexican border but did not want to cross over, so he made an illegal U-turn near a checkpoint. This raised the border patrol’s suspicion, who pulled him over and ultimately found a controlled substance. As a result, he was charged with possession of a controlled substance along with making an illegal turn at the border.
